At Friends International Travel we try to make booking travel and accommodation for the ex-pat executive straight forward. This service is exclusively available to our members, via a toll free number.

Once you have joined you can call us any time to arrange travel and/or accomodation for your friends and family, using the same toll free number. All we will need to know is:

• name, age and gender of each person travelling
• address including zip code for each traveller (for delivery of tickets and hotel vouchers)
• contact phone numbers for one person travelling (in case of queries)

If you wish to join please follow the process below:

STEP 1:
Call us today to set up your membership. Be sure to discuss the level of membership you require with our helpful staff. Just as a reminder, in-continent is SILVER, inter-continental is GOLD and premier is PLATINUM. You should be aware that membership fees vary with membership level. Call us Toll Free +1 866-928-9249

STEP 2:
Complete our signup application with a live Friends International Travel representative. We need the following information:

• your name
• address including zip code
• email address
• contact phone numbers (both home country and resident country)

STEP 3:
Register your VISA credit card to pay membership fees and for use in future bookings. Please note that all credit cards registered are subject to verification and that we only accept VISA. Please note that membership fees depend on the level of service selected. To register a card we will need the following information:

• billing address (if different from the addresses already provided)
• card number and expiration date
• last three numbers on signature panel (CVV/CVC)
• name of issuing bank
